Public Outreach
A robust comprehensive plan should consider the thoughts and opinions of all residents, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations in the Town of Aurora. We therefore ask that you please provide your thoughts and views to the Steering Committee or Aurora Town Board via email, phone, completing the public survey or by attending one of our public forums.
Upcoming Events
On February 26th, the Town of Aurora Comprehensive Planning Steering Committee hosted the first Public Workshop for the plan at the East Aurora High School. The intent of the workshop was to introduce the plan to the community and gather feedback and insights from the community about the Town. If you were unable to attend the workshop, please use the link above to complete the online version of the workshop so you can learn more about the plan and provide your feedback!

Public Survey
The Town of Aurora's Comprehensive Plan includes a public survey to gather input from residents, ensuring the plan reflects the community's needs and priorities. This approach fosters transparency, encourages civic engagement, and helps guide future development decisions that align with the collective vision of the town. Public input is vital for creating a plan that benefits all stakeholders.
The Public Survey will be available to complete from 11/01/2025 - 02/28/2025. You can access the public survey using the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/AuroraCompPlanSurvey
Paper copies are also available to be picked up and returned to at the Town Municipal Building Clerk’s Office (575 Oakwood Ave, East Aurora, NY, 14052)
